FAQ : our 2026 early booking offer

• How does the WELCOME26 promo code work?

To take advantage of the discount, simply enter the code WELCOME26 when booking on our website, just before payment. The 20% discount will be automatically applied to the cost of your stay (excluding tourist tax and cleaning fees).

• Which stays are eligible for the 20% discount?

All stays of 2 nights or more booked for dates in 2026 are eligible for the 20% discount, subject to availability. The offer applies to the cost of accommodation (excluding tourist tax and cleaning fees).

• Is the offer valid in all Evancy residences?

Yes, the early booking offer applies to all our residences, whether on the Opal Coast or the French Riviera. 

• Can I cancel a stay booked with this offer?

Yes, stays booked with the code WELCOME26 are subject to the same cancellation conditions as other bookings.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to issue any refunds (except in exceptional cases).

• Does the offer apply to long weekends?

Yes, the discount also applies to long weekends and bank holidays, as long as your stay is for a minimum of 2 nights and takes place in 2026.

• How long is the early booking offer available?

The offer is valid from 26 December to 9 January inclusive. After this date, the promo code will no longer be valid, either on our website or by telephone.

• Can the offer be used more than once?

Yes, you can use the code WELCOME26 as many times as you like during the promotional period, provided that your bookings are for stays in 2026.
