Evancy only takes reservations from people over 18 years old. Evancy reserves the right to refuse a reservation at any time and without justification. Evancy must be in possession of all personal data, including the address, telephone number and e-mail address of all persons present during the stay, in order to be able to conduct necessary communication with you. Otherwise, Evancy is not able to communicate important information regarding arrival and departure (safe deposit box key, code, itinerary description, ...). It is also forbidden to allow people or pets to stay that you did not indicate at the time of booking. The observation of this type of fact by an employee or a delegate of Evancy will oblige Evancy to retain the deposit partially or entirely or will lead to expulsion from the park without right to reimbursement.

If you qualify for a discount, please let us know directly at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be obtained afterwards. Discount regulations and arrangements apply to a limited number of holiday homes. Any discount regulations are not applicable to the arrangements. It is not possible to accumulate discounts, except where specifically mentioned. A limited number of holiday homes is reserved for young people under 21 years of age travelling alone. Before making a reservation, they must contact the Reservation Department by telephone.
Watch out!
The full amount of your reservation must be paid before your arrival. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
You can determine the location of your suite yourself for a small extra charge (sea view, sunny side). You can also group several suites under the same reservation. All preferences are subject to availability. Please inquire at the time of booking.
General
The prices shown in the brochure and on https://www.evancy.fr may differ from the price actually known at the time of booking. A number of elements that are included in the price will be reviewed periodically, such as (but not limited to) energy costs. Evancy reserves the right to modify the prices and/or to charge a supplement. Evancy also reserves the right to change discounts and discount regulations. The price mentioned on the confirmation/invoice is binding.

After confirmation/invoice, you can no longer use discounts.
If, after booking, you wish to change the period of your stay, you have the possibility to do so up to one month before your arrival. Depending on availability, it is possible to make additional bookings or an extension of your stay. Please always communicate changes and cancellations by telephone on +33 (0)3 20 15 36 00. We charge 25 € extra for any changes to a reservation already made.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation, change or no-show within 7 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For any early cancellation of the stay, the total amount of the rent is due.

Reception
You can reach the reception at the telephone number +33 (0)3 20 15 36 00 every day during the week from 8 am to 8 pm, also at weekends.
Arrival
Arrival is scheduled from 3:00 pm. (until 22h00). If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without notifying us, this will be considered as a cancellation (without refund).
Departure
On the day of departure, please leave your holiday home before 10:00 am. We reserve the right to carry out (cleaning) work from 8.00 am around the holiday homes. All guests must adhere to all rules and regulations that are mentioned in the park regulations. Violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the park without right of refund. The park rules are available on the above-mentioned website.
Confidentiality & legal reserve
General
All data provided to us, even on our website, is used to respond to your requests and is kept in our file. This file is used for customer administration, sales, marketing and accounting purposes. This data may be used to provide information and targeted offers about our products and services, both by ourselves and by third parties. We will improve, supplement your data if necessary and delete it on your first request. Miscellaneous
General
All rates are exclusive of local taxes (tourist tax). Taxes are due for all non-exempt persons. Each holiday residence has a separate layout. We explicitly reserve the right to change the layout of our estate and the objects on it, as well as the operation of the estate. All prices mentioned are in Euro and include VAT. These conditions replace all previous conditions and take precedence over any other publication or display.
Force majeure
If the performance of the contract is entirely or partially impossible, temporarily or not, due to circumstances beyond Evancy's control (strikes, risk of war, sieges, fire, floods, storms and other incidents of any nature whatsoever), it is a case of force majeure.
Liability
We disclaim all responsibility for:
Theft, loss or damage of any kind, during or as a result of a stay in the park or in a holiday home.
If a technical device is out of order or out of service and if tourist facilities in the park or holiday home are removed or closed.
Information provided verbally or by telephone.
Nuisance, such as disturbance, caused by third parties not under our responsibility.
Printing errors in our correspondence and/or communication.
The tenant (M/F) and those accompanying him/her are jointly and severally liable for any loss or damage which may cause prejudice to Evancy or any third party as a direct or indirect consequence of their stay, regardless of how or by whom it is caused.
Evancy reserves the right to make changes to its offer of holiday rental formulas. Even under special circumstances, Evancy reserves the right to close the suites. In this case, we will see to the postponement of the reservation, proposing a new date or cancellation without charge. There is no other right to any other possible compensation. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that (maintenance) work can always be carried out, without you being entitled to any compensation or indemnity. For parks under construction or renovation, Evancy reserves the right to postpone your reservation to another destination of at least equivalent quality.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact within 2 hours after your arrival the Evancy central phone number +33 (0)3 20 15 36 00 so that Evancy can do everything possible to resolve the problems. If the problems were not resolved to your satisfaction, please file a complaint by email to info@evancy.fr within one month after your departure. A possible compensation indemnity can never exceed the net amount of the rental (without supplements, surcharges).
Pets
Maximum 2 pets are allowed per suite. Animals must be vaccinated according to the legal standards and proof will be sent to Evancy before arrival. The owner and/or the accompanying person is responsible for his pet. Animals must be kept on a leash in the park. The accompanying person will pick up and dispose of the animal's waste. The supplement of 10 € per night and per pet you pay is used to disinfect the apartment. All pets must be reported at the time of booking. Failing this, the supplement per day per pet will be multiplied by 2 and withheld from the deposit, plus administrative costs.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is always included in the price of your stay. For longer stays, an intermediate cleaning is compulsory. Every 14 days the apartment must be cleaned. Intermediate cleaning costs 60€. Fresh bed linen can also be provided for longer stays. You pay 8€ for each additional set of sheets.
